Terms of Use
Here at flashed360.board-directory.net we believe that since this is a public forum, everyone should be entitled to their free speech. This however, does not mean that you can say or post anything that you want. Just as you must control what you say and do while in a public place, you must also control what you say and do here on this Internet forum. flashed360.board-directory.net reserves the right to refuse service to anyone by banning their account.

Section 1) General Guidelines

Rule 1) No Adult Content
This is a modding forum, to which most people join to find related information. Though it is understood that sometimes it may be beneficial to post something with 'Adult Content', we must refrain. It is not acceptable to post 'Adult Content', i.e. pornographic or explicit images, videos or other media, drug or sexually descriptive posts or dialog, profane language, drug related images, videos or other media, extreme violence or any other form of content which is not suitable for those under 18 years old.

Rule 2) No Attacks On Other Members
Each member of this site is expected to make posts in a positive, respectful, and professional manner. This means that if you have a problem with another member, you must try to work it out with them (via PM, Personal Message, or email) and not do so in the public forum. If you have a problem with another member, let an Administrator know, and we will attempt to resolve the issue if it can not be done independently. Any comments in the public forum which are determined to be of a negative nature are not acceptable and will only make you look worse in the eyes of the other members. Always remember that the easiest way to resolve an issue is to simply swallow your pride and let it be. We are here to help each other, not make enemies.

* Indirectly making comments regarding another member shall not exclude the commenter from Rule 2. This includes, but is not limited to, changing the target member's name, omitting the target member's name or any other forms of name diversion.

Rule 3) No Spamming and Advertising
We do not tolerate any kind of spam. In short, do not post small or useless posts that are not relevant to the topic being discussed. Advertising other sites on flashed360 is strictly prohibited, any kind of advertising will result in a 48 hour ban and if you continue after the first ban you will be permanently banned from this site.

Rule 4) No Mutliple Accounts
A single person is allowed ONE account, there is no need for someone to have more one account for this website. If found that you have multiple accounts and if none are banned then all other accounts will be deleted. If we find you have multiple accounts and any of them are banned then all accounts related to the main user will be permanently banned from this site.

Rule 5) No Harmful Downloads - Provide Virus Scan
Posting a download for any file which is designed to harm or disrupt a computer, network, or any other electronic entity will result in an permanent ban from this site. Examples of these malicious files include, but are not limited to: Viruses, Network stressing tools (host booters, botnets, etc), worms, and IP grabbers, therefore all downloads must have a virus scan provided.

Rule 6) No Impersonating Staff
Impersonating staff members is not allowed and you will be permanently banned this site immediately. This includes telling others you are staff or having staff badges as your avatar/signature.

Rule 7) Use English
Members are asked only to post in English, as this is an English speaking community, unless told otherwise by a staff member.

Rule No Posting of Private Information
Posting of private messages, personal information of another user, pictures, or any other material without person's consent is strictly prohibited. It violates the rights of the user in question. If caught you will be permanently banned from this site.

Rule 9) Content Must Be On-Topic
Each thread is given a title, or subject, to which it is expected that your post somehow pertains to. If your post does not refer to the mentioned subject, or simply does not add value or information to the topic, staff reserves the right to remove said post without warning to the authoring user.

Rule 10) No Warez
Members are asked to respect the copyright of other users, sites, media, etc. Users linking to or asking for information on warez, crackz, etc. or re-printing material without permission will receive a warning and their post will be removed.

Rule 11) Post in the Correct Area
Posts are to be made in the relevant forum. Users are asked to read the forum descriptions before posting. Users consistently posting to the wrong forum may be given a warning

Rule 12) Dont Mini-Mod Others
Members are asked to not act as “back seat moderators”. If members note an issue which contravenes something in this policy document they are welcome to bring it to the attention of a member of the staff. Please use the “report post” feature to report posts. Do not respond to such topics yourself. Members who constantly “act” as staff may be warned.

Section 2) Lobbies

Rule 1) Lobby Status
You must mark your lobby as open or closed in the thread title.

Rule 2) Charging For Lobbies
You are not allowed to charge for lobbies unless you are official flashed360 staff.

Rule 3) No Recoveries
You are not allowed to do recoveries unless you are approved by an Administrator or official flashed360 staff.

Rule 4) No Posting "Mod Me" Threads
Any thread created asking for mods, infections, or anything releated is not allowed. Check under the game title you are interested in for any open lobbies which may apply to what you are looking for.

Lobbies are subject to rules in Section 1.

Failure to follow these rules will result in the thread will be locked and/or deleted without warning to the authoring user.

Section 3) Selling, Trading, and Want To Buy (Marketplace)

Rule 1) No Selling/Trading of Virtual Items
Selling or trading virtual items will not be tolerated. Items include keyvaults (KV's), MSP Codes, XBL Codes, account information, etc. You will receieve a 24 hour ban the first time and permanant ban there after.

Rule 2) No "Bidding-Style" Threads
This means all items for sale are required to have a price on them, and eBay links are not allowed. If you are selling an item on eBay, the link must me in the eBay/Craiglist section of the Marketplace.

Rule 3) No Price Attacks
If you do not like the price of a particular item, please PM them your best offer. If you have no intent to purchase the item, do not try to reduce the seller's item pricing. If the seller can't sell it, then they'll lower the price when they feel the need to.

Rule 4) No selling of illegal or explicit material
This includes cracked/pirated software, firearms. Exemptions are airsoft/paintball guns.

Rule 5) No "TI" or Taking Interest threads
This is often used to evade price and picture listing, and if item is for sale then it creates a "loop hole" that we will not allow.

Rule 6) Bumping of threads
"Bumping" your sales thread once a day is acceptable. Bumping it more than once a day (Example, 2-3 times an hour, 5 times a day, every 10 minutes, etc...).

Rule 7) Photo Proof Required
All sellers must format their sale thread as following;
Blank Piece of Paper with your flashed360 username handwritten on it (no computer screen shots OR computer printed paper allowed), Forum name (flashed360.board-directory.net), and the date of which you are posting the items for sale.

Threads and/or Posts are subject to rules in Section 1.

Failure to follow these rules will result in the thread will be locked and/or deleted without warning to the authoring user.

Section 4) Signatures & Avatars
Each member is entitled to assigning themselves an icon to be displayed for each of their posts (Avatar) and a group of text and/or images which proceeds each of the member's posts (Signature).

Article 1) Avatars
Users are permitted to utilize a gallery avatar or to link to one of their own. User defined avatars are to be no larger than 100 pixels square, contain no image which attempts to portray the user as having an official status here (e.g. mimicking ranks or copying avatars of staff members). Remote avatars must have a consistently high availability to avoid removal.

Article 2) Signatures
Signatures may contain up to five lines of text or one image with one line of text. Images must be no more than 150px high and 600px wide in size. Signatures containing an image may also include one line of 8pt or 10pt size text. Signatures without an images may have up to five lines of text, text sizes should be between 8pt and 14pt. Remote signature images must have a consistently high availability to avoid removal.

Avatars and Sigatures are subject to rules in Section 1.

Failure to follow these rules will result in the signature being modified and/or deleted without warning to the user.

Section 5) ChatBox

Rule 1) No Asking For Mods
Asking for infections, mods, lobbies, etc. is strictly prohibited.

Rule 2) No Downloads
Downloads links are not to be posted in the ChatBox. Any downloads must be posted in the forum with a virus scan per Section 1 Rule 5.

ChatBox is subject to rules in Sections 1 through 3.

Failure to follow these rules will result in the user being banned from the ChatBox.

Section 6) Administrative

Article 1) Deletion Of User Account
Any violation of any rules is reason for permanent deletion of your user account. As a courtesy to the user, a warning Personal Message or Email will be sent to said user informing him/her of the violation and that it has caused their account to be in jeopardy. You are expected to defend yourself against any negative allegations in a reply to the message, failing to do so could result in your account being deleted.
a) Administrators are not required to inform the user of deletion of account if it is deemed by the Administrators that the infraction of said user warrants no such action.

Article 2) Deletion of User Posts
Any violation of any rules is reason for permanent deletion of your post. You will not receive a courtesy notice before the post is deleted. Each time a post is deleted means one of the rules has been violated and therefore, your account is subject to Article 1.

Article 3) Moderators
The Administrators reserve the right to assign Moderators to monitor posts on the forum. Each Moderator will be given the authority to delete posts in accordance with Article 2.

Article 4) Disputes Against Other Members
Any disagreement between members that can not be solved independently must be brought to the attention of the Administrators via Email or Personal Message. Uncivilized fighting between members in the forum constitutes of violation of Section 1, Rule 2.

Article 5) Banned Members
In the event that it is determined that a member does not agree with the flashed360.board-directory.net Terms and Conditions, it is possible that their account can be deleted in accordance with the provisions of Article 1. It is also possible that the member can be banned in order to prevent future registrations of accounts once it is determined that they are in violation of this Article. Banning will constitute a blockage from account registration of the primary and/or any IP addresses associated with the banned member.

Article 6) Terms and Conditions Changes
If we decide to change our terms and conditions, we will post those changes on this page, and/or send an email notifying you of any changes.
